Perfect Cold Brew Iced Coffee

- ¾ cup ground coffee
- 2¼ cups filtered water
- milk
- maple syrup
- Grind your coffee beans to a medium/coarse grind. Pour ¾ cup coffee grounds in the bottom of the French press.
- Add 2¼ cups filtered water and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Place the lid on the French press but do not plunge.
- Chill in the fridge for 12-24 hours (I do 18), then plunge the filter down.
- Pour cold brew concentrate into a jar or bottle for storage in the fridge.
- To make the iced coffee, combine ice, cold brew concentrate, sweetener (if desired), and water or milk to taste.
- (I usually do 1 cup ice, ½ cup cold brew concentrate, 1 cup milk, and 1 tsp. maple syrup.)
