In just one more month, Cordelia will celebrate her first birthday!

Here are some milestones for month eleven.
-getting close to walking, but not quite there yet
-still just has two teeth on the bottom
-loves to eat chicken, beef, beans, broccoli, eggs, sweet potatoes, potatoes, cheese, guacamole, green beans, blackberries, and yogurt
-still nurses a lot each day (around 8 times), but I’m working to space it out more (to 5 or 6 times)
-sleeps 7:30pm-7:30am most nights, plus another hour or two after that
-takes a short morning nap (about an hour) and a longer afternoon nap (about two hours)
-has a favorite stuffed animal: cuddly bear
-is called by many nicknames:  CC, Delia, lil’ muffin, cupcake, and cutie pie
-gets tackled by her big sister at least 7 times a day
-doesn’t have a lot of hair, but we’ve managed to put a little bow in it a couple of times 🙂
-smiles and giggles lots!

We are so blessed by our beautiful, happy baby girl!

Happy 10 months to our sweet Cordelia!  She is just precious and fills our days with so much joy.

Some milestones:
-stands up while holding onto things and “walks” around furniture
-crawls really fast
-dances to music
-can click her tongue
-loves playing with the little plastic nativity set
-chews on everything
-eats solid foods three times a day (egg yolks, cheese, yogurt, chicken/turkey, sweet potatoes, green beans, bananas, salsa, refried beans, etc.)
-still nurses 7ish times a day
-sleeps 8pm until 7 or 8am
-takes a morning nap and an afternoon nap
-still likes it when Mommy babywears her
-likes cuddling
-still just has two teeth on the bottom and none on the top
-pushes buttons on toys that make noise
-is just about the happiest baby you’ll ever see (many people have told us this!)
-weighs about 21 pounds

We are tremendously thankful for our happy baby!

Over the weekend, Cordelia turned nine months old!  I finally got a picture in her chair today, though it was already dark outside by the time I took it. 

Cordelia is a such a sweetheart and we really enjoy her! 

Some milestones:
-goes to bed around 8pm and wakes up around 7 (then goes back to sleep until 9)
-enjoys eating: sweet potatoes, pumpkin, squash (acorn and butternut), turkey, chicken, yogurt, cheese, green beans, bananas, beans, and salsa
-still just has two teeth (on the bottom)
-weighs: __ lbs. (um… let me check!)
-pulls up to a standing position and stays up for a little bit while holding on
-is starting to get a little more hair on top 🙂
-has a special bear (Cuddly Bear) and blanket

We are so thankful for her sweet disposition, her charming smile, and her adorable giggle!
