Because Tad often takes off Mondays as a day of rest (since he is in the ministry), we sometimes don’t meal plan and grocery shop until Tuesday. Still, I thought I should post my menu plans for the week!
We’re still eating things from the freezer and from our March AFM box. I didn’t have to buy many groceries this week, which was nice!

Lunch: BLTs (packed)
Dinner: out

Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bacon-wrapped turkey fillet mignon, green beans, baked potatoes, peach tea
Wednesday
Lunch: chef salads with hard-boiled eggs, croutons, and roast beef
Dinner: hamburgers, oven fries, mixed vegetables
Thursday
Lunch: ramen noodles, fruit
Dinner: tacos, all the fixin’s
Friday
Lunch: lunchmeat sandwiches
Dinner: crockpot Italian chicken, baked potatoes, broccoli
Saturday
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: whole wheat homemade pizza with spinach and chicken
Sunday
Lunch: leftovers/sandwiches
Dinner: loaded baked potatoes
