Our menus this week are VERY SIMPLE to help counteract the crazy-busyness that comes with closing, packing, moving, and all the “normal” stuff we still have going on this week! So… no really exciting recipes this time around… sorry. (If it were just me, I would eat tossed salads and cereal all week! haha.)
On the positive side is we’ll have a low grocery bill (again) this week!
Breakfasts: oatmeal, cereal, eggs
Lunches: deli meat sandwiches, burritos, PB&J, leftovers, etc.
Sides: apples, pickles, hard-boiled eggs, etc.
Dinners: grilled chicken breasts, beef shepherd’s pie, spaghetti with meat sauce, leftovers
Sides: green beans, tossed salad, baked potatoes, Angel rolls
We are closing on our house on Tuesday(!), moving all week, and having our BIG moving day on Saturday. If all goes well, we should be spending Saturday night at our new house!
