Who else feels like that last week just flew by?
Had an appointment with one of my favorite midwives at my practice today. 🙂 She was really encouraging and supportive of my desire to have a naturally-started labor! It’s crazy to me how we’re already starting to talk about the “i” word (induction). I’m planning on waiting as long as I can (provided that the baby is healthy and well) before being induced.
With that said, I would be FINE if he came on his own any time now! I’m having contractions off-and-on all throughout the day most days (nothing regular or too close together), so I know my body is gearing up for labor! I had a great night’s sleep last night, which was such a blessing.
I was also blessed by a baby shower yesterday at church, so I think we’re getting ready with all the baby essentials! I’m busy checking things off my list too.

You’re getting closer!! I know what you mean, I have less than 2 weeks to go and it feels like all my shirts are getting shorter!! Your girls will love having a baby brother. Boys add so much to the mix! ~Jen
