We just got back from taking our youth group to camp this week, so I’m using a photo we snapped earlier today at camp! I didn’t feel like taking another one…haha. Click here to see last week’s photo.
So I did a LOT of walking at camp this week, and I’m feeling pretty low on energy tonight. I know all the walking was good, though! My feet and ankles swelled up like balloons on the first day of camp, which was awkward and somewhat painful as well. Andrea told me that drinking tea would help, so I tried to do that every day this week. I also rested as much as possible and avoided things that were high in sodium. I wasn’t paying attention on Tuesday and ate stir-fry (very high in sodium), and … POW! my feet swelled up again. The rest of the week I was more conscious of what I was eating and had much less trouble with the swelling.
You can start praying now that Baby Girl decides to move head-down, since the doctors really like to see them do that by week 36 (just one more week!). She is still lying either with her head directly up or over to one side or the other. She is still very active and her kicks are getting stronger each day!
Thank you for continuing to pray for our pregnancy… and thank you also for all the comments on my hospital bag posts!

you are glowing! I had swollen feet too. I had one pair of comfy slippers that I used to wear everywhere, all through my pregnancy! Once after I got home from the bazaar, I couldnt get my feet out of them! It wasn’t painful but I cried!!
Those slippers broke 2 months after my baby was born. I miss them!!1

So glad you’re doing well with your pregnancy!! My little girl was transverse up until 36-37 weeks. I did some exercises on spinningbabies.com and she turned in just a couple days. Praying for you!
