A couple of weeks ago, my small group ladies threw a baby shower for me and Baby Jellybean! It was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful of them to share in our joy at this time and help us celebrate her SOON arrival!
My girls were thrilled that they got to come with me while the boys were napping! They had fun eating off of fine china and conversing like ladies!
This has been the Year of the Babies at our church, with SO many of us having babies within a few months of each other! It’s so fun that my friends’ and my kiddos will get to crawl around the nursery together!
I feel SO blessed that God has given me friends in this season who help us celebrate milestones in our family, as well as pray for us during hard seasons too! What a gift our church community is!
What fun! My mom and I have been keeping you in our prayers! Can’t wait to “meet” Baby Jellybean. 🙂 (It’s so cute how y’all give the babies “interim names.” :D)
Also, thank you for your Instagram post on the Romans verse, and how overflowing with hope isn’t something we manufacture by ourselves; it’s through reliance on the Holy Spirit. It’s always great to be reminded that we don’t need to be striving to do things in our own strength! So, thank you for sharing that; you really do bless a lot of people by sharing your faith the way you do. 🙂
