My children can be “little monkeys” at times when they are supposed to be napping, getting out of their cribs, undressing and playing in their diapers, making messes, and more. When Vera first transitioned to a toddler bed, she repeatedly got out of her bed when she was supposed to be sleeping to enjoy her newfound freedom. Cordelia likes to take her clothes off during naptime. And Jude occasionally gets a foot stuck in the crib slats.

Beyond just making sure the girls haven’t gotten into trouble, I am able to know that they (and Jude as well) are safe. The Levana Keera has two video cameras that connect to one hand-held, wireless monitor, allowing me to keep a close eye on both rooms at once. You can even connect up to four cameras! It’s easy to use and intuitive.
The monitor features 2-way voice communication, so I can soothe Jude, instruct Vera to stop climbing on the side of the crib, or tell CC I’ll be there in just a minute. I can adjust the volume level on each of the cameras in the kids’ rooms so I can hear them or just watch with no volume on.
The cameras can zoom in and pan around the room easily, which is a great feature since the kids’ rooms are so big. The cameras also have night view (the light level is sensed automatically – no need to manually set it) so I can see the kids perfectly even when their rooms are pitch black.
I can also play music for the kids (the girls love this feature) and see both screens at the same time if I want to. There’s even a way to take photos of your child sleeping sweetly or to grab a quick video as well. The fact that the monitor is wireless is a great feature, because it allows me to carry it with me around the house and still be able to watch the display.
