For several nights when we were at the beach, we had a “theme” planned by a different family! Up first: Zac and Stephanie took us to Italy for an amazing feast!
You would not believe how amazing the house smelled!!
We enjoyed chicken parmesan (Stephanie’s specialty!), pasta and cheese, tomato/spinach/sausage sauce, baked zucchini, baked tomatoes with cheese, and whole grain bread with olive oil dipping sauce.
We really enjoyed the wonderful meal!
