The real feel temperature was 116 degrees yesterday! While I drink lots of water, I like other beverages on occasion. It’s too hot for coffee, so I’ve turned to tea. I used to drink lots of sweet tea, but since we have cut out refined sweeteners, I’ve said goodbye to my beloved Mickey D’s tea!
But I’ve found a new love… Tazo Passion Tea! I fell for it at Starbuck’s, but I have replicated it at home for much, much less $$!
I brew a cup of Tazo Passion Tea at night (tea purchased at Target – $3.49/20), sweeten it with a little organic raw honey (1 tsp.?), and let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I have a lovely glass of sweet herbal tea to sip on all day long!
Do you like iced tea?
*While I mention Tazo Tea in this post, I have not been paid or perked in any way to share about it. I paid for the tea myself, and all opinions are my own!
Enjoy!

I’ve been enjoying some Tazo green tea someone gave us as a gift and I love it! I’ve always gotten the cheapo herbal teas at Wal-Mart but you really can taste the difference in Tazo tea!

This sounds mighty tasty! We have also been having some hot, humid weather here. Especially last week – real feel in the hundreds as well! I can’t wait for the fall but at the same time am trying to relish this summer!

I make green tea by the gallon since my husband loves it so much when its hot outside…Kroger brand is the best, and I get 100 bags for less than $5! I do use sugar in it, but I figure it’s better using real sugar than drinking soda with corn syrup.
