As promised, this week I will be posting some of the recipes I made over Easter weekend. This recipe is easy and delicious! It uses sugar-free jello, unsweetened applesauce and diet ginger ale, but please keep in mind that there is still some sugar in the recipe because of the natural sugars in the applesauce and pineapple. It is still very light and refreshing for a spring day!Sugar-Free Raspberry/Strawberry/Cherry Jello Salad
2 packages sugar free jello (raspberry, strawberry, cherry, or a combination)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cups diet ginger ale
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
Boil applesauce and add jello mixes. Then, slowly add ginger ale and crushed pineapple. Mix and let gel in the fridge.
Enjoy!

This sounds yummy…I definitely want to try this recipe:-)
I love the idea of using ginger ale and applesauce! Does it give it any bubbles – or just flavor?
This looks like a diet friendly dish that we would enjoy
Sugar-free is the ticket for me, thanks!
