This beautiful bush has been blooming outside recently.
It could have something to due with the 50-60 degree weather we’ve been having…
At any rate, this mystery flower has been making us wonder if spring is here!Anyone know what type of flower this is?
Update: My dad said it is a camellia… a very confused one, since they are not supposed to bloom in January…

Peony maybe? They bloom in winter, but they aren’t usually that tall. Very pretty, whatever it is!

That’s what I meant–camellias!! I know they always have some in bloom this time of year at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens (here in Richmond).
