(See Part 1 of County Fair Night here) We had fun making “county fair”-themed food for our night at the beach!
Tad grilled AMAZING Shenandoah Valley style BBQ chicken for us. It was fantastic!
We also had corn-on-the-cob,
kettle potato chips,
dill pickles,
watermelon,
two types of popcorn (salty and caramel),
and freshly squeezed lemonade!
For dessert, we had a peach cobbler made with in-season peaches, caramel apples, and sea salt caramels.
The food seemed to go over well with everyone! I didn’t hear any complaints, even from the kids!

ok… that seems like a lot of work, but totally tasty! The decor was so perfect and fitting. i think i’d like to attend your next family vaca at the beach. 😉 haha

Most of the food was actually super easy to make (or was store-bought, like the kettle chips and pickles). I picked an easy menu so I could spend more time decorating! 🙂
